Do you want to look like HIM?>>>>>>> He probably has suffered from stress and...LOOK at HIM! He's SICK! GHASTLY! YUCK! Don't end up like the poor chap. Follow these steps to relieve your stress:
1. Breathe. Think of something smelling wonderful like a fresh, steaming mound of elephant poop. Mmmmm... good! Breathe out, like smelling Moses... yes, yes, exhale! EXHALE! Repeat as necessary.
2. Take a book and slam it against your head. Yes, slam! Slam! Bam, BAM!! Now feel your problems flowing out fast like your blood from your head... and please note that if the world turns black, it's normal!
3. Repeat out loud, "Stupid, stupid, stupid! Go away, go away, my problems will leave the Earth!" Now repeat this while running around with your arms flailing around and shout the sentence!
